RAFFLE RULES
The Butcher Block Beef Raffle is open to any US Citizen 18 or older. Selected winner must provide a photo i.d. at time of pick up. This is a local beef raffle and the selected winner will be required to pick up their BEEF PACKAGE in person at the Butcher Block located at 9155 Lighthouse Way, Loveland, OH 45140. Prize is not available for shipping or delivery. It is the responsibility of the selected winner to arrange for pick up Friday, August 29th, 2025. Cash only raffle entries are also available for purchase in store at the Butcher Block. A portion of the proceeds raised from the Butcher Blocks Beef Raffle will be donated to the Loveland Life Food Pantry located in Loveland, Ohio. End weight and total quantities of beef cuts are subject to end weight and fat content of beef selected.

The video below will provide you with an idea of the process involved and the cuts of meat that come from a 1/4 Hind. There will be some slight fluctuations depending on the size and weight of the cow that is processed but on average yields over 100 lbs. of beef valued at over $1,500 in today's market.
