The Butcher Block is an old school custom butchery.  We are one of the few remaining full-service, family owned butcher shops in the region. Unlike the big box retailers, we make every attempt possible to ensure that the meats we sell come from local sources.  We work with responsible farms such as Creekstone Farms and Fischer Farms and Thumann's Fine Meats to provide our customers with better tasting steaks, chicken, pork, deli meats and more. 

We make our own sausages in house and we can custom cut, slice and smoke just about anything you need.  We can also custom blend a burger mix that suits your taste buds and your wallet.
